Termination of Joint Broker
The Board of Solo notes that Beaufort Securities Limited ("Beaufort") has today been placed into insolvency. As a direct result Beaufort has ceased to be the Company's joint broker with immediate effect.
The Company continues to retain Shore Capital as its broker.
