Termination of joint broker agreement with XCAP Securities PLC

The Board of Directors of Richland announces that it has terminated its agreement with XCAP Securities Plc ("XCAP") who, with effect from 7 May 2013, will no longer act as joint broker to the Company. RFC Ambrian Limited will continue to act as Broker and Nominated Adviser to the Company.
