Termination of investment commitment with Woollard & Hall Ltd

Jade Road Investments Limited (AIM:JADE), the London quoted investment company that looks to provide investors exposure to alternative investments which aim to offer higher returns and lower risk than traditional asset classes, announces that, it has terminated its investment commitment with Woollard & Hall Ltd. As announced on 7 February 2025 this commitment was conditional on the completion of certain conditions in relation to any proposed investments. The Company has determined that the conditions would not be satisfied.

The Company is reviewing further opportunities and will make further announcements in due course.
