Announcement about termination of Investment Manager
The Board of Invista European Real Estate Trust SICAF (the Company) announces that it has given notice to Invista Real Estate Investment Management Limited (IREIM) of the termination of its investment management agreement, with effect on 18 September 2012.
This follows the announcement made on 10 March 2011 that the Company had terminated discussions with Invista Real Estate Investment Management Holdings PLC about the possible acquisition of some of the business of IREIM.
The Board is reviewing how its assets can best be managed for the longer term.
