Notice of termination of Investment Advisory Agreement

The Board of Hadrian's Wall Secured Investments Limited (the "Company") has today served notice on Hadrian's Wall Capital Limited to terminate the investment advisory agreement, such termination to take effect in 12 months. Notice has been served in light of the Board's recently announced intention to seek shareholder approval to put the Company into managed wind-down and in anticipation of the projected run-off profile of the Company's portfolio; with the Board expected to internalise portfolio advisory responsibilities upon termination becoming effective.

The Board will continue to work with Hadrian's Wall Capital Limited during the notice period to maximise value from the portfolio.
