Termination of Corporate Broker Agreement 

The Company would like to inform Shareholders that effective 1 July 2019, the Corporate Broker agreement with Fidante Partners Europe Limited has been terminated. In order to seek to minimise the Company's ongoing charges for the benefit of shareholders, the Board does not intend that the Company will appoint a new corporate broker during the remainder of the Company's wind down period.
