Alexander Mining plc ("Alexander" or the "Company")

Termination of Agreement with RPT Resources Ltd.

Alexander's wholly owned subsidiary MetaLeach Limited ("MetaLeach") has received notice from ArPetrol Ltd. ('ArPetrol'), formerly RPT Resources Ltd., that it has concluded a transaction whereby it is now solely engaged in oil and gas exploration and it has therefore terminated the commercial consultancy agreement with MetaLeach.

Alexander has agreed with ArPetrol that all outstanding invoices will be settled in return for a payment of US$50,000 and Alexander having the right to pursue introduced mining project opportunities directly, one of which is with Firestone Ventures Inc.
