22nd March 2005 Tepnel Life Sciences PLC (`Tepnel' or `the Company') Preliminary results reporting date Manchester, U.K. The Company (AIM: TED) announced today that it will reportits preliminary financial results for the year ended December 31st 2004 on orbefore March 31st 2005. The reporting date was previously given as March 22nd2005 and this has now been rescheduled. At an investor meeting in London today, Tepnel will be revealing headlinefigures showing a growth in sales from ‚£3.9m (year ending December 31st 2003)to ‚£10.2m (year ending December 31st 2004) including increased sales fromexisting operations of ‚£4.05m (4.5% growth from 2003) and sales fromacquisitions of ‚£6.15m. The operating loss for the year ended 31 December 2004will be in line with market expectations.
