Settlement and payment of the transactions related to the public tender offer

Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity of alternative investment fund manager of Fondul Proprietatea S.A., would like to inform shareholders that the settlement of the transactions for Global Depository Receipts ("GDRs") and of the transactions for shares under the public tender offer have been finalised on 29 June 2022.

The daily execution of the buy-back programme will be resumed on 4 July 2022.
