Punch Taverns plc (the "Company")
Punch Taverns announces that pursuant to the terms of an invitation to tender, made in an Invitation Memorandum sent on 1 October 2008 to holders of the Class A3(N) Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2015 issued by Punch Taverns Finance plc, 82 per cent. of those notes presently outstanding, with an original par value of £103 million and a current par value of £77 million, have been offered for tender by noteholders.
The Company has instructed The Royal Bank of Scotland plc, its tender agent, to accept these offers of notes in full on the terms set out in the Invitation Memorandum.
