Tender offer for shares in the Company

Ramat Gan, Israel, 2 September 2016

The Company has been informed by the Israeli lawyers to Yossi Willi Management and Investments Ltd (“YWMI”) that YWMI intends to commence a tender offer on or about 5th September 2016 for not less than 10% and up to 23% of the issued and outstanding shares in the Company at a price of 25 pence per share.

The Board is meeting to discuss the proposed tender offer on Sunday 4th September and will make an announcement following the meeting with its views on the proposal.
