Tender Offer & Offer for issue of Ordinary Shares

On 3 February 2012, the Companies published a Circular in respect of a Tender Offer and Offer for issue of Ordinary Share. In accordance with the terms set out in the Circular, the Companies confirm that following the allotment of shares on 3 April 2012 the Tender Offer and Offer for issue of Ordinary Shares are now closed.

Ventus 2 VCT plc also advises a correction to the text of the announcement made on 3 April 2012 at 4.13pm for the Issue of Equity. The price at which shares were allotted was 61.6p per ordinary share not 105.5p as previously stated.
