The operator isparticipating in this together with M E D I A T E L, spol. s.r.o., a partner ofmany years. TPI Group and Eurotel Praha, s.r.o., two other members of theTelefonica Group, will also co-operate in the project. "Our intention is to systematically perfect the level of these services andservices that are related to them, and thereby increase their value to users.With regards to experience, technology, human capital and partnership with aleading European provider of telephone directory services as well as informationservices, we are a very well-qualified candidate for this operation," saidMichal Zilka, Executive Director for Content Services and Business Development,CESKY TELECOM. The partners have agreed that they will work hard to ensure that the telephonedirectories will contain numbers that go through all other operators, includingmobile numbers, in the shortest time possible. The date on which this will occurwill depend on how quickly individual operators provide CESKY TELECOM with theirdatabases of subscribers who have consented to having their phone numberspublished in the telephone directories. CESKY TELECOM is the traditional provider of information services (30 years) andpublisher of telephone directories (20 years). It has been working with MEDIATELin this field since 1992. To this day, MEDIATEL has published 48.6 millioneditions of the Yellow Pages (Zlate stranky).
