Posting of Tender Offer Circular

Further to the announcement made on the 27 May 2010, the Company announces that the circular and tender forms relating to the tender offer made by Religare Capital Markets (UK) Limited on behalf of the Company to purchase up to 104,511,925 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the issued share capital of Petards Group plc ("Petards") ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.70 pence each, have now been posted to the holders of Ordinary Shares of Petards who were on its register of members on 26 May 2010.
