Temporary Suspension of Trading

The Directors of Herencia expect to publish the Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 31 December 2015 (the "Accounts") during the week commencing Monday 11 July 2016, or before that date, due to a delayed receipt of information from the Company's Chilean subsidiaries. In accordance with the AIM Rules, the Directors have requested a temporary suspension of trading in the Company's shares pending notification of the Accounts.
