Temporary Suspension

The Company announces that it will not be in a position to publish its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2013 ("the Audited Accounts") today. The Company expects to publish its Audited Accounts on or before 3 July 2014. In accordance with the AIM Rules, the Company's ordinary shares have been temporarily suspended from trading on AIM with immediate effect.

A further statement will be made in due course.
