Telecom Argentina Registers Cancellation of Lien
On 6 January 2020, following up on its communication of 12 December 2019, Cablevisión Holding S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that Telecom Argentina S.A. ("Telecom Argentina") had notified the Company that it had proceeded with the registration, in its shareholder ledger, of the cancellation of the first degree pledge that had been created by the Company over 178,597,678 class "D" shares issued by Telecom Argentina and owned by the Company.
