Telecom Egypt Announces Change to its Board of Directors
Cairo, June 7, 2012: Telecom Egypt (TE) (Ticker: ETEL.CA; TEEG.LN), today announced the resignation of Mrs. Neveen El Tahri from its Board of Directors due to personal reasons, effective June 1, 2012.
Commenting on the news, Mr. Akil Beshir, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Telecom Egypt said:
"I would like to extend our gratitude to Mrs. Neveen El Tahri, who was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2006 and has served Telecom Egypt tirelessly since then. The Board wishes her every success in her future endeavours".
