Corporation Tax Repayment and Early Repayment of Bank Debt

Johnson Service Group is pleased to announce that it has received a £4.5 million Corporation Tax repayment in respect of previous years' tax liabilities. This, together with operational cash flows, will facilitate a £10 million early repayment of term loans. Net debt at 30 June 2009 was £75.5 million and following this repayment is currently below £70 million.
