Tawa 2007 Performance Share Plan
Tawa plc ("the Company") announces that it has been advised that on 24 July 2009 the Trustees of the Tawa 2007 Performance Share Plan (the 'Plan'), purchased 50,000 Tawa plc ordinary shares of 10p each at an average price of 54p per share to satisfy awards granted to the Company's employees on 26 July 2007.
The registered holder of the shares is Appleby Trust (Jersey) Limited as trustee of Tawa plc Employee Benefit Trust.
