OAO Tatneft will publish its audited consolidated IFRS financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2012 on April 8, 2013.

On April 8, 2013 OAO Tatneft will publish on its web-site (http://www.tatneft.ru/eng) the audited consolidated IFRS financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2012 prepared in accordance with IFRS and related Management Discussion and Analysis of Results of Operations.
