Sub: Appointment of Mr. Parvatheesam Kanchinadham as Company Secretary, Key Managerial Personnel and Compliance Officer

We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the appointment of Mr. Parvatheesam Kanchinadham as the Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company under the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from 12th January, 2015.

Further the Board has also approved the appointment of Mr. Parvatheesam Kanchinadham as the "Compliance Officer" of the Company with effect from the said date in terms of Clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreements with the Stock Exchanges.
