Wireless Group has today announced that talkSPORT has been awarded three live UK audio packages for the Premier League for seasons 2016/17, 2017/18 and 2018/19.

Following a competitive bidding process, talkSPORT becomes the only national commercial radio station to carry live English Premier League and will broadcast more Premier League coverage than ever before, with coverage to be shared across talkSPORT and talkSPORT 2.

The packages awarded to talkSPORT by the Premier League comprise matches on Saturday at 1500, Saturday at 1730 and Sunday at 1330.

talkSPORT also secured the exclusive global audio rights to the Premier League in 2012, broadcasting every Premier League match live across the world in multiple languages until 2018/19, with partnership agreements in place in 69 countries.
