('Artilium' or the 'Company')

T-Mobile Netherlands Hosting Agreement

Artilium (AIM: ARTA) is pleased to announce that it has signed a new Mobile Virtual Network Operating (MVNO) hosting agreement contract with T-Mobile Netherlands BV, one of the largest mobile operators in the Netherlands. The Hosting Agreement enables Artilium to host new MVNO's on the T-Mobile network using Artilium's advanced ARTA®platform for Mobile Virtual Network Enabling (MVNE) services.

With this new agreement Artilium will bring its Cloud-enabled product suite to the Dutch market. The ARTA® Cloud based solution is specifically developed to keep time-to-market as short as possible and enable pay as-you-grow models for operators and MVNO's. With its operating expenditure (as opposed to capital expenditure) driven cloud approach Artilium supports MVNO's to become successful players on the MVNO market by limiting financial and operational risk.

The Dutch market is an established market in which more than 50 MVNO's are active. Time to market and a full set of innovative services are key for MVNO's that want to stay successful and grow market share in the Netherlands.

The Company is also in discussions with a number of MVNO's to start using the ARTA® platform in early 2015. There is no certainty that this will occur and updates will be made as and when necessary.

Bart Weijermars, CEO Artilium commented: "We are very pleased that we are expanding our offering in the Netherlands which enables further growth in one of the important MVNO markets in Europe. The T-Mobile contract win underlines that the innovative ARTA® platform can scale internationally with proven stability. It is an additional building block that will support the growth of the Company."
