Further to the Company's announcement on 23 August 2017 of proposals regarding the discount control mechanism, investment management agreement and share issuance, the Company has today published a circular to shareholders (the "Circular") setting out full details of these matters and convening an extraordinary general meeting (the "EGM").

The EGM will be held at 1 Royal Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2HL at 10.00 a.m. on 29 September 2017.

A copy of the Circular will shortly be despatched by post to registered shareholders. It will also be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do and on the Company's website at www.starwoodeuropeanfinance.com/index.php/team-2/corporate.
