Sweett Group appoints Managing Directors in Hong Kong and China

Sweett Group, the international property and infrastructure consultancy, is pleased to announce the strengthening of its Asia Pacific management team through the appointments of SC Tse as Managing Director, Hong Kong and Alan Lam as Managing Director, China. Both appointments are made with immediate effect.

SC Tse joined the Group in 1995 and has been a Director since 1998. SC has more than 30 years of experience from the Asia Pacific construction industry and was previously responsible for the Group's operations in Northern China. In his new role, SC will oversee the Group's operations in Hong Kong, where it currently employs over 160 staff and is delivering high-profile projects such as the West Kowloon Terminus, the Pak Shek Kok residential development in Tai Po and the MTR West Island Line.

Alan Lam joined the Group in 1989 and became a Director in 1998. Alan has over 20 years of experience from working across Hong Kong, Thailand, Macau and China and has been based in the Group's Shanghai office since 2011. In his new role, Alan will oversee the Group's operations across mainland China, where it employs over 430 staff and is engaged on projects for a range of clients, including New World China, Huawei, Nike, Merck and Tesco.
