Sven Ombudstvedt Re-elected as PhosAgro Board Chairman

For Immediate Release 10 June 2013 Sven Ombudstvedt Re-elected as PhosAgro Board Chairman Moscow - PhosAgro (Moscow Exchange, LSE: PHOR), a leading global verticallyintegrated phosphate-based fertilizer producer, announces that the PhosAgroBoard of Directors has re-elected Independent Director Sven Ombudstvedt as itsChairman. Andrey G. Guryev, Vice President of the Russian Union of Chemists,was elected Deputy Chairman of the Board. These decisions were made at the first meeting of the Board of Directors, whichwas elected today by the annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM).
