Boustead PLC07 February 2005 Boustead Plc (the "Company") Suspension update The Board of Boustead PLC has requested the resignation of the Company'sauditors, Kingston Smith, on the grounds of what in their opinion was a seriousbreach of client confidentiality. In view of the uncertainty generated in thepress concerning the recovery of a significant debt, of whose validity theexecutive have no doubt, the Company believes the suspension of its sharesshould continue until the appointment of new auditors and full clarification ofthe Company's financial position.
