Suspension

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 26 January 2015, the resignation of its nominated adviser, Cairn Financial Advisers LLP, became effective as at the close of business yesterday. Whilst the Company is in discussions with replacement nominated advisers, no appointment has been made at this time. Accordingly, the Company's ordinary shares will be suspended at 7.30 am today pursuant to AIM Rule 1.

If a replacement nominated adviser has not been appointed within one month of today's suspension, the admission of the Company's securities to AIM will be cancelled.
