The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited "TRIG" or "the Company", a London-listed renewables investment company advised by InfraRed Capital Partners ("InfraRed") as Investment Manager and Renewable Energy Systems ("RES") as Operations Manager.
Suspension of TRIG's share buyback programme
The Company announces that further to the announcement today of the proposed combination of HICL Infrastructure Plc and TRIG, the Company has suspended the £150 million share buyback programme announced on 9 August 2024 and announced to have increased on 11 February 2025 with immediate effect.
Any recommencement of the share buyback programme will be announced to the market. No purchases were made under the share buyback programme on 17 November 2025.
