SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of Air China Limited (the "Company"), trading of the H shares of the Company will be suspended with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 30 June 2015 pending the release of an announcement in respect of certain inside information relating to a potential non-public offering of new shares of the Company.
