Suspension of trading on AIM
Aisi, a property investment company focusing on development projects and related investments in Ukraine, announces that since it is unable to publish its audited report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 before 30 June 2010 that it has requested that trading in its ordinary shares on AIM be suspended until such time as it is able to publish the report and accounts.
The Company is in the final stages of agreeing its annual report and accounts with the auditors, and expects them to be published shortly.
