Suspension of trading on AIM

November 23rd, 2018: Galantas Gold Corporation (the 'Company') announces that further to the announcement dated 21 November 2018 confirming the date of the planning appeal judgement (the "Appeal"), the Company has agreed that the Company's shares will be suspended from trading on AIM at 10.00 am today pending announcement of the results of the Appeal.

In the event that a negative judgement to the Appeal is delivered, there will be funding uncertainty and as a consequence the Company's shares may not be restored to trading on AIM until further clarification.
