The Company refers to an announcement which was released on 11 November 2010 and which is no longer available on the website of the London Stock Exchange.The Company confirms by way of clarification that it has been made aware of potential inconsistencies relating to the Company's financial arrangements.Pending further investigation, the Company requested that trading in the Company's shares be suspended. The suspension of trading in the Company's shares took effect on 11 November 2010.A further announcement will be made in due course.
