Suspension of Shares
Further to the announcement made by the Company on 1 August, and in accordance with the circular in relation to the proposed voluntary liquidation of the Company, the Company has requested that the Company's ordinary shares (the "Ordinary Shares") be suspended from trading with effect from 07.30 a.m. on 29 August 2023. The Company will subsequently request the cancellation of the listing of the Ordinary Shares as soon as reasonably practicable following implementation of the proposed liquidation of the Company.
