Suspension of Registration

As disclosed in the Company's announcement of 29 December 2016, the Master Fund into which the Company invests now holds only one investment which is expected to realise any material value. Accordingly, the Company no longer qualifies as a collective investment scheme under the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) law, 1987, as amended. In view of this, the Company applied on 30 December 2016 to the Guernsey Financial Services Commission for the suspension of its registration under The Registered Collective Investment Schemes Rules 2015. The Company received confirmation of the suspension of this registration on 10 January 2017.
