Suspension of listing of Ordinary Shares

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 9 June 2021, and the publication of the circular (the "Circular") to convene a general meeting of the Company on 12 July 2021 to consider a continuation vote resolution (the "Continuation Vote"), and, if this is not passed, a special resolution to place the Company into members' voluntary liquidation (the "MVL Resolution").

The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") notes that at 7.30 a.m. today the FCA suspended the listing of the Company's ordinary shares of 1 pence each (ISIN: GB00BTLJYS47) (the "Ordinary Shares") on the Official List, and, the London Stock Exchange suspended trading in the Ordinary Shares on its Main Market.

In addition, the Company has requested that conditional on the MVL Resolution being passed, cancellation of the listing of the Ordinary Shares on the Official List, and, cancellation of admission to trading of the Ordinary Shares on the Main Market will be effective at 8 a.m. on 13 July 2021.
