Suspension of Listing

HIGHBRIDGE MULTI-STRATEGY FUND LIMITED (the "Company") FORMERLY BLUECREST ALLBLUE FUND LIMITED

SUSPENSION OF LISTING

Further to the Company's announcement yesterday, Euroclear UK & Ireland have temporarily disabled the settlement of the Company's Ordinary Shares in the CREST system pending clarification of the steps required to rectify the conversion error.

As a result, whilst settlement remains disabled, the Company has requested a temporary suspension from listing on the Official List.

An update announcement will be made tomorrow.
