Suspension and Cancellation of Listing of Preference Shares

Further to the Company's announcement of 15 May 2012 regarding the publication of a notice of redemption in relation to the Preference Shares (forming part of a Convertible Preference Share Unit), application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the suspension of the listing of Preference Shares on the Official List and their suspension from trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 7.30 a.m. on Monday, 2 July 2012. Application has also been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of the listing of the Preference Shares on the Official List and from trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 7.30 a.m. on Tuesday, 24 July 2012.
