Suspension and Cancellation of Listing

Further to the announcement of 15 May 2012 regarding the publication of a notice of expiry in relation to the Company's Warrants, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the suspension of the listing of Warrants on the Official List and their suspension from trading on the London Stock Exchange. The suspension became effective at 7.30 a.m. today.

Application has also been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of the listing of the Warrants on the Official List and from trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 7.30 a.m. on Tuesday, 24 July 2012.
