The Company also confirms that progress continues to be made in relation to the acquisition of a complementary service-based business andexpects to make an announcement shortly. At the core of today's partnership with the Berlin based SAP training solutionsprovider is an agreement that grants Intellego exclusive distribution rights inthe United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland to TTN's business systems trainingand process documentation authoring software for two years effective 1st July2005. For the SAP market in the UK and Ireland, Intellego will focus on the marketingand selling of licences for "Team Trainer" software. In addition to thisIntellego will have the opportunity to sell complimentary TTN tools such as;TTN's "Business Descriptor" to manage client and project documentation and "SAPOnline Help Connector" to provide context sensitive help to users in SAP.
