Publication of supplementary combined shareholder circular and prospectus

On 5 September 2014, Punch announced increased support for the restructuring proposals announced on 18 August 2014 (the "Proposals"). 

A supplementary combined shareholder circular and prospectus setting out details of the increased support was approved yesterday by the UK Listing Authority.

The supplementary combined shareholder circular and prospectus will be available from today on Punch's website at www.punchtavernsplc.com (subject to certain access restrictions) and copies can be obtained at Punch's registered offices at Jubilee House, Second Avenue, Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire DE14 2WF . It can also be inspected at the offices of Slaughter and May at One Bunhill Row, London EC1Y 8YY, during normal business hours on any weekday (UK public holidays excepted).

A copy of the combined shareholder circular and prospectus has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where it can be viewed and downloaded at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
