Aberdeen announces that it has today published on its website a supplementary prospectus ("Supplementary Prospectus") in relation to the proposed Admission of up to 240 million New Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each to be issued as consideration for the acquisition of certain fund management assets and businesses of Credit Suisse.
Two copies of the Supplementary Prospectus have been submitted to the Financial Services Authority and will be available for inspection at the Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:
