Supplementary Prospectus

Custodian REIT (LSE: CREI), the UK property investment company, announces the publication of a supplementary prospectus reflecting the Company entering into a new term loan facility agreement on 2 June 2016, the announcement of the Company's Final Results for the year ended 31 March 2016 on 7 June 2016 and a proposed change to the Company's Investment Policy.

The supplementary prospectus will be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. Copies will also be available on the Company's website at www.custodianreit.com and for collection, free of charge during normal business hours, from the Company's registered office at 1 Penman Way, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 1SY, for as long as ordinary shares are available for issue under the Company's 4 November 2015 prospectus.
