ETFS Leveraged Commodity Securities - Supplemental Trust Instrument

ETFS Daily Leveraged All Commodities Index Securities, ETFS Daily Leveraged Energy Index Securities, ETFS Daily Leveraged Heating Oil Individual Securities, ETFS Daily Leveraged Lean Hogs Individual Securities, ETFS Daily Leveraged Natural Gas Individual Securities, ETFS Daily Leveraged Nickel Individual Securities, ETFS Daily Leveraged Petroleum Index Securities and ETFS Daily Leveraged Sugar Individual Securities (the "Affected Securities").

By a Supplemental Trust Instrument between ETFS Commodity Securities Limited (the "Issuer") and The Law Debenture Trust Corporation p.l.c. (as trustee on behalf of the holders of Commodity Securities) dated 3 July 2015 (the "Supplemental Trust Instrument") certain changes to the conditions of the Affected Securities have been made.

The changes, which were approved by an extraordinary resolution of the holders of each class of Affected Securities of the Issuer at the adjourned meetings of holders of the Affected Securities which took place on 3 July 2015, is the reduction in the principal amount of each of the Affected Securities, as detailed in the Supplemental Trust Instrument and as described below:
