Supplemental Notice of Annual General Meeting

EIIB announces that it has today posted to shareholders a Supplemental Notice of Annual General Meeting relating to the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at Milton Gate, 60 Chiswell Street, London EC1Y 4SA, United Kingdom on 14 June 2011 at 10.00 a.m.

The Company announced on 1 June 2011 that Michael Willingham-Toxvaerd and Zulfi-Caar Hydari had been appointed as new non-executive directors of EIIB. In accordance with the Company's articles of association, at the Company's Annual General Meeting, these two directors will be retiring and, being eligible, offering themselves for re-election. The Supplemental Notice of Annual General Meeting contains the relevant ordinary resolutions required to effect this.
