Supplemental information on Secondary Placing of Ordinary Shares in PTSG
Further to the announcement of 28 October 2015 in respect of the placing of 4,419,397 existing ordinary shares of 1p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on behalf of certain directors of the Company and Hawk Investment Holdings Limited, the Company confirms that the aggregate proceeds of the placing were £3,668,100 at a placing price of 83 pence per share.
