Publication of Supplement updating Euro Medium Term Note Programme

The following Supplement has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplement dated 21 September 2018 (the "Supplement") supplementing the Prospectus dated 15 June 2018 relating to the €20,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of British Telecommunications public limited company ("BT").

The Supplement incorporates by reference BT's amended Annual Report & Form 20‑F 2018, included as Exhibit 15.2 to the Issuer's Form 20-F/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 20 September 2018.
