Supplement to Annual Report

Atlas Mara Limited ("Atlas Mara", or "the Company"), the sub-Saharan African financial services group, has published a supplement to the 2015 annual report below to reflect the cancellation of share options for board members Arnold Ekpe, Rachel Robbins and Tonye Cole.

Arnold Ekpe, Rachel Robbins and Tonye Cole were issued share options on December 17, 2013 in an aggregate amount of 125,000 share options. These share options were issued in lieu of their Board fees for an acquisition company yet to complete its first transaction. It has come to our attention that their ownership of share options may not be consistent with their Independent standing on the Board. For this reason, Arnold, Rachel and Tonye have voluntarily opted to have their share options cancelled. The Company will compensate them with share issuances based on fair market value.
