Supplement Offer Document Published in Relation to Recommended Offer for Thrane & Thrane A/S

Further to the announcement made this morning, Cobham plc has published the Supplement to the Offer Document which gives effect to its Revised Offer for Thrane & Thrane A/S. The Supplement to the Offer Document has been approved by the Danish FSA.
